Your prescription request should be authorised and processed within two full working days (excluding weekends). Please note that we’ll do our best to fulfil your order, but requests are stock dependent.
Before we can prescribe medication or provide certain treatments, your pet needs to be under our care. This means we’ve seen your pet recently enough to understand their health and make informed decisions about their treatment. These requirements are set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) to help keep your pet safe and ensure they receive the best possible care.
