If your pet has an accident or suddenly becomes unwell, we’re here for you.

Our experienced veterinary team provides a genuine 24/7, 365-day emergency service, so you can access expert advice and treatment whenever you need it.

At a time when many other practices are transferring their emergency care services to third party clinics, sometimes a long distance away, Priory are proud to provide our own in house, out-of-hours emergency service, delivered entirely by our dedicated vets and nurses. If your pet needs urgent attention outside of normal opening hours, you’ll be seen by a member of our team at our Reigate practice, where we’ll provide the same high standard of care you expect from us.

Because we have full access to your pet’s clinical history, we can provide seamless continuity of care from routine appointments through to emergency treatment. This allows us to make informed decisions when every moment counts and gives you added peace of mind.

While we may be able to provide emergency treatment to pets that are not registered with us, we strongly encourage owners to use their own veterinary practice’s out-of-hours service whenever possible. Access to your pet’s complete medical records helps ensure the safest, most informed treatment decisions and provides the best continuity of care during an emergency.
