Anybody who deals with horses should consider reading this book!!  Not long on the book shelves this well written, easy to read book outlines all the up to date understanding of how horses learn and what motivates learning, memory and behaviour.

The book outlines some basic theory of learning but is straight in from chapter one with practical, applicable advice including how to solve some common behavioural or training problems.

Emma Lethbridge is currently undertaking her PhD in psychology at Lincoln University holding a degree in neuroscience and a diploma in practical equine behaviour.
